How can I change my FTP Password?




You can change your domain FTP password through your Domain Control Panel 
After logging in successfully to your Domain Control Panel, please:

 

  1. Click on “Home
  2. Click  on “Setup” button
  3. enter your New ftp password
  4. confirm your ftp password
  5.  Click “OK”

 

Note: We recommend you to set a strong FTP password; it should include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

To change your FTP password please follow these steps:

 

  1. Log into your Control Panel
  2. Click on “Websites and Domains”
  3. Click on “Web Hosting Access”
    1. Under “Username” please input your new FTP username and Under “Password” please input your new password and re-type it in the box below.
    2. Click on OK icon
