Are you able to receive emails, but not send on cPanel?

If you can receive emails after moving your account to cPanel, but you aren’t able to send, this typically means that you are using alternative auth-smtp settings for outgoing emails which used to work with Plesk based server.

Please note that Cpanel has its own default settings. Customers using alternative auth-smtp settings for outgoing emails will need to change their outgoing mail server to mail.domainname.
Also, please click on the “More Settings” tab, then go to the “Outgoing server” tab

Tick/Check “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”

Then, please check this option:

“Use the same settings as my incoming mail server”

If you continue to face difficulty in the process of outgoing emails, please contact us through our live chat support for further assistance.
