How can I remove my IP address from Spamhaus?

Spamhaus is an anti-spam organisation that sometimes prevents an IP address or domain from sending emails. If your IP address is blocked then most likely you are blocked on their PBL. To check which list you are on please:

 

1. Go to www. Spamhaus.org
2. Click on Blocklist Removal Center under Blocklist removal
3. Enter the IP address and click the icon lookup
4. If your IP is blocked on the blacklist it will appear as a red link.

If you are on any other blocklist then the process can be difficult and we would ask that you contact somebody who is able to do this for you but if you are on the PBL pleaes:

1. Click on the Link below “…is listed in the PBL, in the following records:”
2. Follow the instructions on the page.
