How to identify a problem?

In some cases there may be a problem with your account on an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird etc. In most cases it is due to the settings being incorrect however it will bring up and error saying the server cannot connect. If you are concerned that there is a problem you can always check you online webmail account by going to www.yournic.co.uk/login and login to the Webmail by using your email address and password. From here you will be able to see the emails that have made it to our server before it then gets downloaded onto your mail client. If you have trouble logging into the Webmail account then it could be a problem on our end however if you are able to get into your Webmail account and see those emails then it is down to your mail client having incorrect settings or an issue with the program.
