Solution :
First check that for large or corrupted emails in your mailbox you can do this by logging onto the web-mail facility. -Once on this page you will be asked for you username this will be you email address or your fz-number (e.g. fz123456). Once logged in you will be able to remove junk messages. After this try to send and receive messages again.
Secondly this could be a problem with your internet connection. Ensure that you have a live connection by confirming your Internet connection settings, restarting your computer and by browsing different web sites before receiving your emails via your email client. Finally this could be a problem with your firewall Please check for how to disable your firewall.
