How to create additional FTP accounts?

Please follow these steps to create an additional FTP account via your Plesk 11 control panel:

 

1. Log into your control panel.
2. Click on the icon “Website and Domains”
3. Click on “FTP Access”
4. Click on the icon “Create additional FTP account”
5. Please fill in the details according
   1. FTP account name – please type in a username
   2. Home directory (such as httpdocs)
   3. Password – please type in the password (remembering to keep the password strong)
   4. Confirm FTP password – re-type the Password for confirmation.
   5. Click on the “Ok” icon

 

You have successfully created an additional FTP account
