Adding a subdomain is a two step process.
Step 1
The first step is to add this to the control panel.
In order to create the subdomain, please do the following:

- Click on “Website and Domains”
- You would then need to click on the menu bar “add new subdomain”
- Please create the name for the subdomain e.g test.domain.co.uk
- Choose the location in which the files will be store on the server.
- Click “OK” to confirm the selection and to save your settings.
Step 2
Now that the subdomain is set up on the control panel the next step is to create the dns records for the subdomain so it is visible across the world.
- Please log into the billing control panel
- Please go to the “my orders”
- Please left click on the domain name of the package the sub domain is on (if you have an ultimate hosting package you will need click on the order number on the far left hand side of the ultimate hosting package and click “add/view more domains” if you are adding the subdomain to something other than the main domain) and click “manage dns records”from the drop down list.
- In the next screen please add the subdomain to the “Host name (A)” list with the ip address of the server you want to host the subdomain (usually the same as the main website).
